2.AArsa





Its a pahari sweet delicacy prepared from rice on special occasions like festivals and weddings
you will get this sweet specially in garhwal reign of uttarakhand.

3.shingori



It is made with khoya and coconut and comes bundled in maalu leaves which are shaped into cones .you will found this sweet specially in almora district of kumaun reign.
